Features

Extend and Expand Coverage. The L1 WiFi Water Leak and Freeze Detector includes a 5-foot cable sensor that detects water along its entire length. Loop and lay the sensor through a basement or utility room, plus add additional cables to extend the sensor length to 500 feet.
Track Trends. The Detector keeps you aware by monitoring humidity and temperature levels and delivering these performance trends to your mobile app. When water leaks, specific temperatures or high humidity levels are detected, the device sends alerts to your mobile device, sends an email, and activates LED status lights and a 100-decibel alarm.
Reusable. Easily reset your device after it detects a water leak. Completely dry the sensor cable, plug it back into the device, and it's ready to use again.
Smart Alerts. The Detector sends you alerts when it detects a water leak via the sensor cable or when temperature or humidity levels are out of the set range. Let Resideo's technology provide you with added peace of mind.
Versatile. Use the Water Leak Detector as a standalone product or part of a comprehensive water leak control solution. You can pair multiple Resideo WiFi Water Leak and Freeze Detectors with the L5 WiFi Water Leak Shutoff Valve for extensive water leak management capability.
